Sax is a specialized company with renowned expertise in the implementation, development, and monitoring of Customer Experience metrics in South America.


They needed a visual refresh, greater flexibility for their content, and a website they can invest more time in scaling rather than fixing.

A simple line-based graphic motif was introduced to give the brand more impact. 


I kept the design as clean and simple as possible, focusing on content creation, enabling users of different levels of knowledge to be able to assimilate the customer experience concept as well as to understand the philosophy of the company.

We worked closely with a marketing content agency, to create an educational blog that provides users relevant information about the customer experience field.


Besides that, the content will be used to increase website visibility on Google (SEO) and also support social media channels.
