They needed a visual refresh, greater flexibility for their content, and a website they can invest more time in scaling rather than fixing.

A simple line based graphic motif was introduced to give their brand more impact. 

We kept the layout as clean and simple as possible, focusing on content creation, enabling users of different levels of knowledge to be able to assimilate the customer experience concept as well as to understand the philosophy of the company.

We worked closely with a marketing content agency, to create an educational blog which provide users through posts and ebooks some cases, metrics and relevant information about customer experience.


Besides the content will be used to increase the website visibility on google (SEO) and also support social media channels.
